It's been a while since we posted anything; we've all been so busy!!
Firstly, we held a Valentine's Party for our members on 13th February in the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire from 3pm - 5pm and it was a huge success, we had a huge turn out and a great time was had by all. It's always super to meet our members and put faces to names!
We're growing very fast and are getting new members all the time. We've organised 3 bag packs so far this year and will keep you updated on them all; the first one is on 16th, 17th, 18th April in Dunnes Stores on the Quinsboro Road again; it's to do some fundraising and also to continue to spread the word about what we do at HOMELink. We hope you'll all pop in to see us and support our good cause.
Our maintenance (Handyman) service is really taking off; Luke and Brian and both very busy doing odd jobs for our members at the moment. We're also recruiting 6 new staff in the next few months as we are getting so busy!
We're also organising an anniversary party for HOMELink in May, as we will be a year old then, our first birthday! We're hoping to hold a big event with music and food and spot prizes etc. Once we've booked the venue the date will be posted here and we'll be sending invitations out to all our members.
